The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
